At LBDigitalEntertainment, we are committed to delivering quality advertising services and meeting our guaranteed impression numbers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for advertising packages and the process for requesting them.
2. Impression Guarantee
We guarantee minimum impression delivery as specified in your advertising package:
- Impressions are tracked and verified through our analytics system
- If we fail to deliver guaranteed impressions, we will extend your campaign or issue a pro-rated refund
- Impression guarantees apply to the full contract period, not individual days
- Third-party verification available for Enterprise packages
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds for advertising services may be issued in the following circumstances:
3.1 Impression Delivery Failure
- Guaranteed impressions not delivered by end of contract period
- Platform downtime affecting ad delivery for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Technical issues preventing ad display (verified by our team)
3.2 Billing Errors
- Duplicate charges for the same advertising package
- Charged after campaign cancellation was confirmed
- Incorrect amount charged compared to agreed contract price
- Unauthorized charges on your account
3.3 Content Compliance Issues
- Your ad was rejected due to our error in initial approval
- Platform policy changes made your approved ad non-compliant mid-campaign
- Technical issues with approved ad creative preventing display
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Poor campaign performance or low click-through rates
- Impressions delivered but did not result in conversions
- Change of mind or business strategy after campaign launch
- Ad creative quality issues (advertiser's responsibility)
- Violation of advertising policies resulting in ad removal
- Third-party fees (PayPal transaction fees)
- Market conditions affecting campaign performance
- Audience engagement lower than expected
- Competitor advertising on the same platform
- Partial month refunds (impressions are delivered throughout contract period)
5. Campaign Cancellation
Advertising package cancellation is subject to contract terms:
- 30-day notice required for cancellation of monthly packages
- Campaigns run through the end of current billing period
- Impressions already delivered are non-refundable
- No refund for remaining time in current billing period
- Early termination fees may apply to annual contracts
- You can restart advertising at any time with a new contract
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at refunds@lbdigital.com
- Include your account email and transaction ID
- Provide a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal account)
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear
- Access to the platform will be immediately revoked upon refund processing
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback:
- Chargebacks should only be used for unauthorized transactions
- Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase may result in account suspension
- Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team
- Chargeback fees may be passed on to customers for fraudulent claims
9. Test Campaign Policy
For first-time advertisers, we may offer test campaigns:
- Test campaigns run for agreed-upon duration (typically 7 days)
- Minimum budget requirements apply to test campaigns
- Test campaign fees are non-refundable once campaign launches
- Performance during test period does not guarantee future results
- One test campaign per business/brand
10. Package Downgrades
If you downgrade your advertising package:
- Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle
- No partial refund for the difference in package cost
- Current package benefits continue until end of billing period
- Impression limits adjust to new package level after downgrade
- Premium features (dedicated manager, etc.) removed after downgrade
11. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances:
- Serious medical emergencies (documentation required)
- Military deployment
- Death of account holder (death certificate required)
These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.
12. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
